Print Prepaid Label
Generate and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal; a standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original dust bags and shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside before sealing the package with the new label.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; please allow 7-10 business days for processing once the item reaches our warehouse.
