Most of our leathers can be cleaned with a soft cotton cloth slightly dampened with distilled water and a mild bar soap. We recommend avoiding commercial leather cleaners or conditioners not specifically approved by Dooney & Bourke.
What is the Dooney & Bourke return policy?
We accept returns of unused and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the item is returned in its original packaging.

Yes, all Dooney & Bourke products are backed by a one-year guarantee against ironclad defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal use.
